We were lucky to enjoy good friends and good food in Prague. Here's a picture of our friends Dale and Josh while we dined along the Vltava at
Hergetova Cihelna:
Dale and his family recently moved to Prague for Dale's exciting new gig with Radio Free Europe. We got great insider info on things to do (or not do) and where to eat. We agree that
cukrkávalimonáda (sugarcoffeelemonade) is AWESOME. So awesome that we went three days in a row! Here are their fabulous "pancakes":

Banana, caramel & chocolate. Sigh. |
Oh, oh, but that's not all. Then, Dale and Josh told us about the
Choco-Story - a museum of chocolate - and its adjoining candy shop! The museum was cool, but the
Viva Praha Rock Candy store (and its demonstration making hard candy) was amazing. We still don't quite know how they get those intricate little designs (like a cherry blossom tree?!?) into the candies. Um, and they were yummy too.
